Psychotherapist & counsellor in Central London

Reaching out for therapy can feel daunting and like a big step, especially if you’re not sure what to say or what you need. You might be here because anxiety feels overwhelming, your mood is low, or you no longer feel quite like yourself. Perhaps you are noticing relationship challenges, questioning who you are, or feeling disconnected, lonely, or stuck. Whatever brings you here, therapy can offer a place to slow down, feel met, and begin to make sense of what’s going on.

I am a psychotherapist and counsellor working in Angel, Islington and offer one to one therapy to adults over 18, both in person and online. I work in an integrative way meaning that I use different therapy modalities to suit your needs and I work in a way that  is gentle, relational, and trauma-informed. I aim to create a space where you can feel safe enough to be honest, curious, and fully yourself.

Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck or not quite yourself?

Perhaps a sense of anxiety has crept into your days, or you feel low, disconnected, or unsure of who you are anymore. Whatever brings you here, you don’t have to face it alone. Therapy offers a place to pause, reflect, and begin to understand what you’re carrying. Many of the people I see feel emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or unsure why they keep repeating the same patterns, even when they want something different. Therapy is not about being fixed or told what to do.  It’s a space to explore what’s going on beneath the surface, to feel more connected to yourself, and to develop new ways of relating to your thoughts, feelings, and relationships over time and to learn to trust yourself more.

I work with adults who are experiencing :

  • Anxiety, panic, or constant worry

  • Low mood, emptiness, or depression

  • Low self-esteem and self-doubt

  • Feeling lost, stuck, or disconnected

  • Relationship and attachment difficulties

  • Family dynamics and conflict

  • Life transitions and identity questions

  • People pleasing and burnout

  • Stress and emotional dysregulation

  • Past abuse and trauma

    and more

A particular focus of my work is anxiety and nervous system dysregulation, and how early experiences and relational wounds can continue to shape how we feel and relate in adulthood. Together, we gently explore these patterns at a pace that feels manageable, helping you develop more understanding, steadiness, and compassion for yourself. I also work with neurodivergent clients and aim to offer a flexible, affirming space that respects your individual way of being in the world.

I offer an initial consultation session where we’ll discuss what has brought you to therapy and what you are hoping for. In this session, you will get a sense of how I work, where we can discuss what therapy entails and to see if I am a good fit for you. There is no pressure to share anything you’re not ready to. We move at a pace that feels safe for you, and we work together to understand your experiences, emotions, and patterns with curiosity and care.
